To open a ticket simply send an email from your TEOCO workstation to OpenTicket-IT. If sending from outside the corporate network you will need to add ‘@teoco.com’.

TRAP is a hardware SSL/VPN solution that does not require you to manually install client software on Windows*, you will be required to use your TEOCO two-factor authentication in order to use TRAP.

If you need assistance or need to request access you should open a ticket with TEOCO IT. Select the portal that is geographically closest to your location:

HOW TO CONNECT TO TRAP FROM A MAC
To connect to TRAP from a Mac computer please login using the DUO authentication method. If you wish to remote desktop to a TEOCO machine please use the “HTML5 Access Sessions” to add the TEOCO computer you wish to connect to. If you need information on DUO please open a ticket.

To reset or unlock your password you should register at the TEOCO Password Management System, once registered you will be able to reset or unlock your account later by going here: TEOCO Password Management

To access your email during a continuity event when corporate email is down, do the following:
Go to the TEOCO Email Continuity login page
Enter your email address (FirstName.LastName@teoco.com) and click the Nextbutton or just hit  Ensure the Domain is selected and enter your TEOCO email password and click Log In or just hit Enter.

Proceed to adfs.teoco.com, once there you enter your login and password, then from the drop-down select the application you wish to connect to. If you go there from inside the TEOCO network on a TEOCO computer logged in and are using Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers, simple click login, and your credentials will be passed. From anywhere else, you will be prompted.
